ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end accounts receivable process for Teardrop hotels, including invoicing. collections, and reconciliations
- Collaborate with property finance teams to address billing discrepancies and ensure accurate and timely invoicing
- Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
- Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts receivable ledger and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and analyse financial reports related to accounts receivable for both internal and external stakeholders
- Review of month end reports
- Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of accounts receivable processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property finance teams and other stakeholders to facilitate communication and collaboration
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Previous experience in accounts receivable or similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly
