Visual Designer Jobs

What you will do

  • Work closely with the social media planner and copywriter to bring to life concepts on a weekly basis that underscore key messages across health, mental wellness and economic empowerment
  • Translate concepts, briefs and information the audience needs, into designs that are visually enticing, easy to read and understand, and emotionally engaging
  • Create online visual design, typography, infographics, visual concepts, logos, icons, and other interactive concepts
  • Ensure a consistent, integrated brand perception and visual experience across products – like videos, website, social feeds
  • Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the visual design field

Who you are

  • Formal design training with a foundation in typography, layout & general design
  • You have a passion for and comfort with illustrations
  • Minimum 4 years experience of building up a robust portfolio and/or has worked across a multitude of brands as a freelancer or in-house visual designer
  • Working familiarity of motion design, sound, and video will be appreciated – but not a must
  • You must have experience of building a brands visual language from the ground up

  • You are a storyteller who uses design as a way to create impactful stories that leave a lasting impression
  • You understand and enjoy the digital space especially social media and love trying the various trends, challenges and have active social handles of your own
  • Strong proficiency in Hindi and English, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable with complex organisational structures and multiple stakeholders
  • Comfortable with shared decision making
  • Mission-driven and cares about making a difference in the lives of young people and vulnerable sections of society
